THE LETTERS OF PAUL
Rom 15:15 Nevertheless, brothers, I have written the more boldly to you in
some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me
of God,
16:21 Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my
kinsmen, salute you.
22 I Tertius, who wrote this letter, salute you in the Lord.
1 Cor 4:14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I
warn you.
15 For though you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have you not
many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
5:9 I wrote to you in an letter not to company with fornicators:
16:20 All the brothers greet you. Greet you one another with an holy kiss.
21 The salutation of me Paul with my own hand.
2 Cor 1:13 For we write none other things to you, than what you read or
acknowledge; and I trust you shall acknowledge even to the end;
2:3 And I wrote this same to you, lest, when I came, I should have sorrow
from them of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in you all, that my
joy is the joy of you all.
4 For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many
tears; not that you should be grieved, but that you might know the love
which I have more abundantly to you.
9 For to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you,
whether you be obedient in all things.
7:8 For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did
repent: for I perceive that the same letter has made you sorry, though it
were but for a season.
7:12 Why, though I wrote to you, I did it not for his cause that had done
the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you
in the sight of God might appear to you.
10:9 That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters.
10 For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily
presence is weak, and his speech contemptible.
11 Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when
we are absent, such will we be also in deed when we are present.
13:10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I
should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord has given me to
edification, and not to destruction.
Gal 6:11 You see how large a letter I have written to you with my own hand.
Php 3:1 Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things
to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
Col 4:15 Salute the brothers which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the
church which is in his house.
16 And when this letter is read among you, cause that it be read also in the
church of the Laodiceans; and that you likewise read the letter from
Laodicea.
18 The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with
you. Amen.
1 Th 5:27 I charge you by the Lord that this letter be read to all the holy
brothers.
2 Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brothers, by the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, and by our gathering together to him,
2 That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit,
nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2:15 Therefore, brothers, stand fast, and hold the traditions which you have
been taught, whether by word, or our letter.
3:14 And if any man obey not our word by this letter, note that man, and
have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
3:17 The salutation of Paul with my own hand, which is the token in every
letter: so I write.
Phm 1:19 I Paul have written it with my own hand, I will repay it: albeit I
do not say to you how you owe to me even your own self besides.
20 Yes, brother, let me have joy of you in the Lord: refresh my bowels in
the Lord.
21 Having confidence in your obedience I wrote to you, knowing that you will
also do more than I say.
Heb 13:22 And I beseech you, brothers, suffer the word of exhortation: for I
have written a letter to you in few words.
23 Know you that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he
come shortly, I will see you.
24 Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of
Italy salute you.
2 Pe 3:15 And account that the long-suffering of our Lord is salvation; even
as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given to him has
written to you;
16 As also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things; in which
are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and
unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, to their own
destruction.
17 You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before, beware lest
you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own
steadfastness.
