SALVATION BY GRACE
Acts 15:11 But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we
shall be saved, even as they.
20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear to
myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I
have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
32 And now, brothers, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace,
which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them
which are sanctified.
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in
Christ Jesus:
25 Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood,
to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past,
through the forbearance of God;
4:4 Now to him that works is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that works not, but believes on him that justifies the ungodly,
his faith is counted for righteousness.
6 Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man, to whom God
imputes righteousness without works,
16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the
promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law,
but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us
all,
5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the
ungodly.
8 But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of
his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
5:5 But not as the offense, so also is the free gift. For if through the
offense of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by
grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, has abounded to many.
11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to
the election of grace.
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more
grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no
more work.
11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they
also may obtain mercy.
2 Cor 1:11 You also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift
bestowed on us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on
our behalf.
Gal 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb,
and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen;
immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but
I went into Arabia, and returned again to Damascus.
3:18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God
gave it to Abraham by promise.
5:4 Christ is become of no effect to you, whoever of you are justified by
the law; you are fallen from grace.
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of
sins, according to the riches of his grace;
2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved
us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us together with Christ, (by
grace you are saved;)
8 For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it
is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
2 Th 2:16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which
has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through
grace,
1 Tim 1:12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has enabled me, for that
he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I
obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love
which is in Christ Jesus.
15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ
Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
16 However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ
might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them which should
hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
2 Tim 1:9 Who has saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not
according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which
was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live
soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
3:4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man
appeared,
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his
mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy
Ghost;
6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to
the hope of eternal life.
1 Pe 1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
10 Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently,
who prophesied of the grace that should come to you:
11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in
them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and
the glory that should follow.
